These terms apply to web design, hosting, and care services provided by Pagebox, a sole proprietorship based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. By engaging Pagebox you agree to the terms below.

Projects & pricing

Build packages are quoted at a flat price before any work begins. Timelines depend in part on how quickly you supply content such as copy and photos. Any additions beyond the agreed scope are quoted as a flat price up front before work proceeds.

Hosting & care plans

Care plans are billed monthly and are month-to-month with no lock-in. You may cancel at any time. On cancellation we will export your full site and help you migrate it to a host of your choice.

Ownership

Your domain, your content, and your finished website are yours. Pagebox manages hosting as a service, not as leverage — you keep everything you have paid for.

Liability

We take care to build fast, secure, reliable sites, but services are provided “as is” without warranties beyond those required by law. Questions? Email hello@pagebox.ca.
